      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute regular payroll processing tasks for the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Identify and implement payroll process improvements and automation initiatives
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot payroll issues
      - Support payroll-related projects such as compliance updates and audit preparations
      - Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience processing complex, multi-state US payrolls
      - Proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday or ADP, and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
      - Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement best-practice solutions
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams
      - Developing expertise in payroll fundamentals with a willingness to take on new challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Canadian payroll processing is a plus
      - Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations and audit processes
      - Skills in process automation and improvement initiatives
