      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end hiring process for entry-level to mid-management roles across PR and Content teams
      - Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and source diverse talent through various recruiting platforms
      - Ensure a seamless and transparent experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring outcome
      - Collaborate with senior leads to assess and enhance the learning and development framework
      - Manage logistics for onboarding new team members and transitioning departing employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or people operations, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships and identify talent with growth potential
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
      - Ability to work effectively in a team while also thriving as an independent contributor
      - Commitment to providing a positive employee experience with a service-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in planning agency-wide events and employee recognition programs
      - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management
