      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, design, develop, coordinate, and execute programs or processes within the People department
      - Continuously improve assignment area by soliciting and leveraging customer/client feedback
      - Track results and KPIs, taking action for continuous improvement
      - Lead project or process improvement efforts involving multi-disciplinary team members
      - Oversee organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and team member experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, or commitment to attain a bachelor's degree within three years, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR, operations, strategy, or a related field
      - Demonstrated experience managing learning, career development, or internal mobility programs
      - Experience in building or managing an intranet, learning hub, or digital career resource center
      - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) or more years of experience in HR, specifically managing learning, career development, or internal mobility programs
      - Expertise in managing career development tools, platforms, and vendor relationships (e.g., LMS, talent marketplaces)
