What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate over 100 outbound emails daily to potential guests
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to drive referrals and repeat business
- Master new computer systems and tools for effective sales management
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and objectives consistently
- Participate in a 10-12 week paid training program to develop sales skills and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and a performance-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly cruise lines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends during peak times
- Experience with CRM or sales management software
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or performance metrics
