- Organize and manipulate data for actionable insights
- Identify trends in prescribing and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor changes in pharmacy quality and spend metrics
- Establish relationships and facilitate communication among stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with pharmacy data management
- Highly organized individual
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of Medicare and non-MSSP quality measures
- Ability to work with various software applications
