What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Engage with customers to resolve complaints and assist with product inquiries
- Assist pharmacists in patient care activities, including medication preparation and health services
- Manage pharmacy technician personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining pharmacy standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)
- Minimum one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous people management or leadership experience
- Prior work experience with the employer, with an "Exceeding Expectations" rating on the last performance evaluation
