What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, and optimization of security programs and projects
- Cost tracking, infrastructure management, and planning for successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to project locations and ensure compliance with safety programs
- Demonstrate awareness of key security trends and convey complex concepts effectively
- Network with employees in various business units and promote cooperation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Construction, or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience in project estimating, project controls, or construction
- Preferred certification in project management (PMP, PSM, CSM)
- Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple complex assignments, influence and motivate others, and promote continuous improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in physical security and leading teams
- Familiarity with multiple project management frameworks
- Education in Criminal Justice, Business, or Project Management
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-technical staff
- Demonstrated record of taking ownership of challenges and proposing sound solutions
