      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide urgent care medicine practicing twelve-hour shifts with a one-hour break
      - Treat an average of four patients per hour, providing full spectrum care from newborns to geriatrics
      - Perform bread-and-butter procedures such as I&Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repairs
      - Utilize in-house point-of-care testing and X-ray services, with results available within 20 minutes
      - Document all patient interactions using an easy-to-use EMR system, VelociDoc with Dragon dictation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies
      - Active and in good standing CA Medical License
      - DEA Certification
      - Minimum of one (1) year of current urgent care experience, either on-site or remote

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare delivery
      - Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly VelociDoc
      - Additional certifications in urgent care procedures
