      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
      - Perform comprehensive assessments on newly enrolled patients and provide ongoing care
      - Develop and update patient management care plans as needed
      - Perform basic procedures of episodic nursing care, including IV placement and wound care
      - Participate in quality initiatives and campaigns to ensure high standards of care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
      - Current, unrestricted NP or PA licensure in Washington state
      - 1+ years of clinical experience as a NP or PA in relevant settings
      - Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire
      - Access to reliable transportation and compliance with safety policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of long-term care, community resources, and patient care delivery systems
      - Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC codes
      - Understanding of clinical standards of care
      - Awareness of NCQA requirements and CMS guidelines
