      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and sales cycles
      - Maintain and grow sales base in both new and existing accounts
      - Navigate complex sales environments while building strong relationships with stakeholders
      - Develop and implement sales strategies, including risk mitigation plans
      - Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including training modules and expense reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ years of clinical experience (e.g., BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech)
      - Must reside in the assigned territory and travel up to 50%
      - Strong understanding of EHS policies and quality systems
      - Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record as a consistent sales overachiever (e.g., President’s Club winner)
      - Experience in diagnostics, point of care, lab, or capital equipment sales
      - Established contacts at IDNs and hospital systems in the territory
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
