      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify medical insurance benefits and coverage and process payer forms
      - Submit prior authorization requests and appeals to health plans
      - Follow up on authorization and appeal requests to ensure proper review
      - Provide superior customer service through the PASP call center
      - Maintain PASP metrics and standards while ensuring HIPAA compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with various payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree
      - Experience in medical devices and/or bariatric procedures
      - Familiarity with software systems like Salesforce and EMR
      - Experience drafting appeals for medical necessity denials
