      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Daily interaction with clients, both existing and potential, regarding cases originating in Louisiana or Mississippi
      - Order medical records and maintain communication with clients and providers during treatment
      - Obtain necessary documents to support injury and liability positions
      - Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and manage outstanding medical balances
      - Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to carriers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster
      - Strong negotiating skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing at least 35 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in Louisiana or Mississippi
      - Proven proactive interaction skills with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
