What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Premium Audit department's technology needs and act as a liaison to IT and software vendors
- Operate and provide first-level troubleshooting support for premium audit software
- Analyze audit performance data and recommend enhancements to workflows and procedures
- Develop departmental reports to provide analytics for leadership and monitor audit production
- Collaborate with software users to define business needs and identify project opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Premium Audit, Technology, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of risk analysis and premium audit processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with underwriting operations and insurance industry knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technical documentation and business analytics
- Knowledge of underwriting systems and tools
- Familiarity with information systems relevant to the insurance industry
