      The Presales Consultant/Sales Advisor will analyze customer requirements and processes, design and deliver customized demo scenarios for potential and existing customers of the Vistex suite of products. In this role you will work in close alignment with the local Sales Manager and the Presales teams in Italy and related markets, and will have frequent interaction with Marketing, Client Services, Product Management as well.


      In this challenging role, you'll delve deep into Vistex solution enhancements and quickly become an expert. You will support Vistex's own sales and, as part of the pre-sales team, form an interface between development, sales, consulting and customers.

      Responsibilities:


      • Designing and developing high-quality custom demo scenarios for key business processes such as: sales, purchasing, condition management, master data management
      • Tailoring demo processes to fit industry-specific needs, particularly in: consumer products, retail, fashion, automotive, life science, wholesale distribution and retail
      • Serving as a key technical advisor in the pre-sales process by showcasing product capabilities through robust, realistic demonstrations.
      • Collaborating closely with sales and consulting teams by providing solution expertise and supporting the full sales cycle
      • Presenting Vistex solutions at industry trade shows, customer events, and other marketing platforms.
      • Contributing to the creation of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).

      Required 2 years

      A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, ideally with a background in IT consulting.

      Preferred

      Experience in technical pre-sales is an advantage.
