      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct one-on-one preventive screenings, including blood pressure assessments and biometric testing
      - Utilize motivational interviewing and patient-centered communication techniques to guide participants
      - Provide personalized health education on topics such as tobacco cessation, immunizations, and heart health
      - Administer seasonal influenza vaccinations in accordance with clinical standards
      - Engage with diverse populations to improve health outcomes through hands-on initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Virginia or multistate license)
      - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or non-degree RN diploma
      - BLS Certification
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a registered nurse
      - Active, unrestricted driver’s license required for regional travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in community nursing
      - Experience in health prevention and/or health education
      - Experience providing care to patients with diabetes or cardiac risk factors
