      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space with significant business impact
      - Lead multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives requiring deep systems thinking and adaptability
      - Design scalable, configurable platform capabilities for diverse capital partners
      - Collaborate closely with engineering to define product architecture and system design tradeoffs
      - Use data and customer insights to make informed product decisions and prioritize effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated impact with complex, multi-quarter initiatives
      - Proven experience leading initiatives at a Principal/Staff-level individual contributor scope
      - Track record of designing and shipping platforms or shared systems
      - Experience with complex B2B or B2B2C workflows, including onboarding and compliance
      - Strong technical fluency and ability to drive alignment across multiple teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building enterprise-grade platforms in financial services, fintech, or regulated domains
      - Familiarity with capital markets, lending, or financial operations workflows
      - Background in high-growth or scaling technology companies
      - Experience with zero-to-one product development and scaling initial implementations
      - Prior collaboration with machine learning or data science teams
