What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop software using modern frameworks and technologies across multiple layers of the product
- Drive the creation of impactful features that enhance business value and change the trajectory of the company
- Develop best practices and train engineers on software design, coding, and modern programming practices
- Investigate and establish the tech platform and define the technology stack for the company
- Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate development goals and progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of experience in Software Design and Development
- Proficiency in modern software design and coding methodologies
- Experience with product management and testing methodologies
- Ability to establish processes and frameworks for software development
- Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including leadership and peers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of modern industry third-party technologies and decision-making in technology procurement
- Experience in improving performance, scalability, and availability of software systems
- Background in mentoring or training software engineering teams
