      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and support the OnBase platform and Microsoft Power Platform to enhance operational efficiencies
      - Collaborate with various business units to deploy and maintain modern technology projects and solutions
      - Actively solicit and understand business requirements for workflows and application development
      - Provide guidance and counsel to business areas on adopting technology tools and services
      - Troubleshoot operational challenges and execute solution implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
      - Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Power BI and Power Automate
      - Experience with OnBase administration and implementing new systems or upgrades
      - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a professional IT environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project management and governance frameworks for technology tools
      - Familiarity with budgetary considerations and security measures related to technology implementation
      - Background in providing tailored recommendations for technology adoption and usage
      - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams in a governmental or nonprofit setting
      - Knowledge of document management and workflow automation best practices
