What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide process improvement and data analysis/procurement support to the Supply Chain team and other stakeholders
- Maintain and update monthly dashboards for the purchasing area, demonstrating quality and cost-effectiveness
- Serve as the Supply Chain materials management Oracle requisitioning expert for stakeholders across the organization
- Liaison with practice managers and directors on construction and renovation projects to ensure equipment needs are met
- Research industry procurement trends to aid in mitigation planning of supplies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Computer Science, or related field within 90 days of hire
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years in Supply Chain Management or Applications/Analytics in a medium to large organization
- Advanced Excel and/or report writing skills
- Proficiency using Oracle/PeopleSoft or related procurement software
- Strong understanding of financial, clinical, or supply chain processes and data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Supply Chain with 5 years of experience in a related business system area
- Strong Query/SQL skills and experience with database query and reporting tools
- Experience in training others on procurement systems like PeopleSoft/Oracle Cloud
- Familiarity with capital sourcing and vendor management
- Participation in technology committees or similar initiatives
