What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders in hospitals, focusing on Anesthesia, Operation Room, and ICU
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maximizing profit margins on equipment and service contracts
- Utilize product knowledge in the ARC portfolio to drive sales funnel growth for the region
- Develop sales proposals aligned with customers' annual budget processes
- Leverage Salesforce.com to track customer and account activity, enhance visibility, and prioritize sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and a graduate of the employer's CLP program
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers
- Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Operating Room with anesthesiologists
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
