What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Production Manager in daily tasks and operational workflows
- Coordinate with virtual assistants, the Warehouse Manager, 3PL partners, and vendors for smooth production and fulfillment
- Troubleshoot issues across production and order workflows to resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Maintain accuracy in product information, order details, and inventory-related updates
- Monitor fulfillment timelines, delays, and quality control concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, production, or e-commerce is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new software
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Demonstrated ability to suggest improvements for operational efficiency
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team
