What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, validate, and analyze complex workforce data from multiple sources to support business decisions
- Develop and distribute recurring reports and dashboards on key workforce management metrics
- Assist the Program Manager in managing projects and tracking progress
- Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing workforce management processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce management, or operations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with productivity, collaboration, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)
- Ability to synthesize data and present findings to various audiences
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
