      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct policy analysis, program planning, and program reviews for work programs aimed at low-income individuals and families
      - Analyze federal and state laws and administrative rules to implement the W-2 program
      - Assist in the development and dissemination of policy and information systems support
      - Coordinate key functions within the section and across the Division related to policy and program improvements
      - Act as an assistant to the team lead for major comprehensive projects involving systems changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience analyzing and/or evaluating federal regulations, state regulations, or program policy
      - Experience developing policy manuals, memos, training documents, or reports
      - Experience assisting in the development and implementation of policy or process changes
      - Legally entitled to work in the United States
      - Ability to pass a security background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience analyzing and/or evaluating human services regulations and policies
      - Experience presenting human service policy recommendations based on research, data, or stakeholder input
      - Experience leading complex policy or process changes with multiple stakeholders
