      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced administrative and program support for the School of Nursing and Health Professions
      - Coordinate and process student clinical site placements with public and private agencies
      - Maintain accurate compliance records and manage confidential data in multiple digital systems
      - Assist with program marketing, recruitment, retention, and graduation activities
      - Serve as a primary contact for prospective and current students, faculty, and staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to draft clear, grammatically correct correspondence and professional documents
      - Professional experience in an academic, administrative, or clerical office role
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google applications, with the ability to quickly learn new programs
      - Proven experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
      - Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of University and School of Nursing and Health Professions policies and procedures
      - Understanding of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as it applies to students
      - Knowledge of agency health requirements, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations
      - Proficiency with the University Student Information System, especially enrollment and application processing
      - Advanced keyboarding skills
