What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage stakeholders and oversee specific projects from start to finish
- Research and share insights on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Identify, track, and model data around key business drivers
- Create compelling visual representations of data and automate reports
- Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, business, engineering, etc.)
- 4–5 years of experience in program management or sales operations at a large tech company
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, and Salesforce reporting
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a strategy or management consultant at a large consulting firm
- General knowledge of retail and finance
- Experience with Tableau/Google Studio and knowledge of R/Python
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
