      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects
      - Develop reporting aligned with Department of Energy requirements to enhance operational insights
      - Collaborate to streamline processes for improved efficiency and quality of outputs
      - Conduct quality assurance and control of program processes, offering recommendations for improvements
      - Assist in contract management, tracking program performance, and resolving operational issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
      - 4+ years of program/project management experience in energy program management or administration
      - Strong analytical skills to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
      - Ability to manage time independently and prioritize multiple projects within deadlines
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with residential weatherization best practices
      - Experience with utility Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs and custom project reviews
      - Knowledge of residential energy efficiency technologies and their impact on utility consumption
      - BPI Certification or similar credentials
      - Experience with project management and analytics software solutions
