What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Collaborate with campus leaders to define project scope and objectives
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and provide excellent service
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management tools and processes
- Facilitate team meetings and drive accountability for project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Professional experience in higher education
- Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams
