  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Interface directly with government customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery and compliance
  - Assume full ownership of assigned programs, managing all aspects of delivery, including scope, schedule, and budget
  - Capture and document customer requirements using established tools and methodologies
  - Coordinate across internal service teams to ensure timely input and alignment on projects
  - Drive process improvements and maintain proactive communication to build trust and transparency with customers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in government or defense programs
  - Proven experience supporting U.S. military branches or federal law enforcement
  - Expertise in structured project management and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Confluence)
  - Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
  - U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for and able to maintain a U.S. security clearance
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  - Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
  - Prior military service experience
  - Familiarity with biometric technologies and system integration
  - Experience managing complex government contracts with multiple stakeholders
