      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Develop plans and product roadmaps to achieve desired future state outcomes/results
      - Assist in developing plans and implementing solutions for the enterprise scale ArcGIS platform
      - Reduce quantity and aging of reported client support inquiries/issues
      - Improve data holdings and distribution via ArcGIS Portal/Online/Hub
      - Streamline maintenance and operations of GIS systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in GIS project management
      - Strong technical knowledge of the Esri ArcGIS platform and related geospatial technologies
      - Familiarity with CAI Service Requisition processes
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to adhere to GDOT IT practices, procedures, and policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience with ArcMap, ArcPro, and other Desktop GIS Operations
      - Knowledge of mobile GIS and GIS web services
      - Familiarity with Bentley Microstation CAD and GIS data formats
      - Understanding of system and business requirement documents
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
