      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Project Manager, leading technical projects, budgets, and client communications
      - Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and develop project approaches
      - Manage and oversee preparation of land-use and resource permit applications for federal, state, and local agencies
      - Support and lead siting, permitting, and environmental review for renewable energy projects
      - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geology, or a related field
      - 7-15 years of experience managing and supporting CEQA projects, including preparation of IS/MNDs, EIRs, or related CEQA documentation
      - Proven experience with California permitting processes involving various state agencies
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
      - Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related discipline
      - Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in California
      - Experience with energy development clients and large-scale renewable projects
      - Familiarity with the NEPA process
