What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee customer projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Maintain an average client satisfaction rate of 95% or higher
- Communicate project information effectively to team members and customers
- Identify and manage project risks and change control procedures
- Recognize business development opportunities related to specific projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong experience with productivity, project, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint)
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement solutions
- Clear understanding of contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and relevant terminology
- Proven ability to execute processes with high quality

- Experience working with local government entities and understanding their practices
- Ability to effectively communicate complex documentation to internal and external customers
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
