What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact with clients to manage relationships and projects
- Develop and manage project timelines and task lists to meet client marketing goals
- Identify opportunities for continued growth and improvement in client services
- Attend planning meetings and provide detailed reports on project status
- Ensure adherence to established processes for timely and accurate service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing, corporate marketing, or advertising agency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, media, and digital platforms
- Familiarity with customer service and sales operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel as required for temporary assignments
