      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain Integrated Master Project Schedules (IMPS) including necessary work breakdown structures (WBS)
      - Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams for preliminary project schedules
      - Monitor and advise on critical path and near-critical activities using advanced project management software
      - Prepare schedule narratives, progress curves, and scenario analyses for decision-making and reporting
      - Provide early warnings of deviations from the baseline plan and assist in developing recovery plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field
      - Minimum of 10+ years of scheduling experience in large capital projects (>$100MM)
      - Proven track record in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Project Schedules (IMPS)
      - Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools
      - Experience supporting projects through multiple lifecycle phases: Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, commissioning, and startup

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Renewable energy, carbon capture, hydrogen, ammonia, or related energy infrastructure project experience
      - Strong understanding of EPC project sequencing and interdependencies
      - Capability to clearly communicate complex scheduling data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
      - Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced project environment
