What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the daily workflow of the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) review process
- Facilitate review requests efficiently and track individual case progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and prescreen IDR cases for eligibility
- Document and track data to meet team informational and reporting needs
- Develop various materials including forms, reports, and schedules to support team operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or five (5) years of related experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare specialty preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of project support experience in a corporate or professional environment required
- Experience in IDR or claims, appeal, and denial processes preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and deadlines required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare specialty
- Experience in Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to healthcare
