      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer high call volume and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
      - Identify, research, and resolve issues using various applications and resources
      - Process insurance endorsements and provide product/service information
      - Educate customers about the insurance industry while building quotes to meet their needs
      - Maintain expected performance levels and meet or exceed KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in a customer service environment
      - Proficient reading, writing, and math skills
      - Basic level Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
      - Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
      - Additional experience in the insurance industry
