      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage property and inland marine claims for the assigned region, assisting in other areas as needed
      - Evaluate and settle property-related damages, primarily between $25,000 and $100,000
      - Participate in catastrophe response as part of the corporate catastrophe team
      - Make coverage determinations, negotiate settlements, and manage reserves within established authority
      - Respond to legal, regulatory, or appeals situations as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of property claims experience with knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines coverages
      - Proficiency in business and claims-specific software, with efficient keyboarding skills
      - Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing
      - Ability to work varying shifts
      - College degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough knowledge of computer-based damage estimating
      - Experience handling Business Income losses
