What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead proposal development and submission in collaboration with commercial and operations teams
- Build and maintain accurate cost models, including labor, travel, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Support pricing strategy and financial modeling to ensure proposals are competitive and profitable
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Track performance metrics and report on proposal outcomes, project efficiency, and cost performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, cost estimation, or project management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (cost modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across commercial, technical, and leadership teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industrial services, renewable energy, or field operations
- PMP certification or similar project management background
