      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Examine, interpret, and process data to provide insights and support organizational decision-making
      - Write, modify, and execute various databases and reports for management and regulatory purposes
      - Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and long-term success
      - Reconcile provider compensation to contractual terms and identify cost control issues
      - Consult with management and operating departments to determine information requirements for systems projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of one year of prior experience in finance or accounting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
      - Familiarity with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
      - Background in healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
      - Experience working with large databases, data extraction, and analysis
