What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide instructor-led training to providers on Proprietary Software and client contractual requirements
- Develop and update training materials and documentation
- Analyze data to develop customized training plans for providers
- Serve as a subject matter expert in needs assessments and system business requirements
- Provide onsite and remote end user support for training and system upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin or related discipline
- Vocational training in a medical-related area is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a medical-related field
- Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, and teaching others
