What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate meetings with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and follow-up activities
- Prepare materials for meetings, including talking points, presentations, and background documents
- Collaborate with staff and subject matter experts to manage, analyze, and report on healthcare-associated infection activities
- Draft accurate reports on key milestones and strategies supporting the Surveillance Branch's mission
- Monitor data quality and disseminate information related to analytics team activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting public health programs, research, or analytics activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based public health environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
