      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, including preconditions, test steps, and expected results
      - Perform functional, regression, workflow, and end-to-end testing across multiple EHR modules
      - Identify, log, reproduce, and track defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring accurate documentation
      - Conduct compliance testing with healthcare regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, HL7)
      - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, and SMEs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
      - 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in manual functional testing
      - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
      - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for validating backend data integrity
      - Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
      - Understanding of healthcare workflows or ability to learn domain-specific concepts
