What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
- Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and meaningful feedback
- Address questions from process servers and resolve any blockers they face
- Review daily reports and reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve issues
- Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in training and/or coaching
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analyzing processes and making recommendations for improvements
