What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement project initiatives and performance measures for the Quality Management department
- Analyze complex data to identify success factors and improvement opportunities for strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance clinical and operational activities
- Measure and report on performance goals related to Medicare STAR Program initiatives
- Provide coaching to improve member experience and CAHPS performance for healthcare providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional business experience in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of project management methodology and healthcare management
- Proficiency in PC and application software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of managed care experience
- Experience in performance measurement and regulatory reporting
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent presentation skills
