      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead program development and implementation of multiple projects and initiatives
      - Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify concerns and develop improvement plans
      - Develop and execute targeted quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
      - Provide guidance and leadership to team members and monitor project execution
      - Plan and direct project schedules, budgets, and vendor engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
      - 3-5 years of quality improvement experience
      - Operational process improvement experience
      - Healthcare experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5-7 years of program and/or project management experience
      - Managed care experience
      - Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
      - PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and/or comparable coursework
