      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage listing files and marketing materials, including brochures and online content
      - Post and manage digital content across various social media platforms and the employer's website
      - Maintain and update the employer's online presence, including blog posts and website updates
      - Assist with administrative tasks to enhance agent productivity and efficiency
      - Coordinate sign installations and manage listing photos for MLS input

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 20 hours per week availability
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Tech-savvy with a capacity to learn new programs quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Real estate license preferred or actively working toward obtaining one
      - Experience in real estate, leasing, mortgage, or administrative support
