      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
      - Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist and assist them in finding a suitable property
      - Rigorously prospect for new business to ensure sales growth
      - Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
      - Maintain local knowledge to answer client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be licensed in Massachusetts
      - Proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
      - Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
      - Excellent communication and social skills
      - Strong time management skills and highly organized

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in real estate sales or a related field
      - Familiarity with technology tools relevant to real estate
      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
      - Previous customer service experience
