What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all levels
- Willingness to travel 20-25% for special events, job fairs, and community outreach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
