      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles
      - Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training
      - Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers across the US, UK, and Canada
      - Deliver a delightful candidate experience and represent the employer brand
      - Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build efficient, scalable, and data-driven hiring processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience
      - Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience
      - Experience using recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Wellfound
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent organization and attention to detail to manage a high volume of open roles and applicants
