What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop a unified go-to-market strategy for benefits administration and healthcare navigation
- Foster and expand relationships with key brokers and consulting firms
- Map and prioritize key broker relationships in a defined territory
- Engage with brokers through in-person meetings, virtual interactions, and industry events
- Track and report activities and metrics to management, showcasing progress and successes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Higher level of education with 5+ years of sales/distribution experience through brokers and consultants
- Experience in SaaS and/or solutions-based roles within the healthcare sector
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication
- Proven track record of relationship building and sales success
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events

- Experience in presenting solutions to clients effectively
