      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coach a team of 6 Enterprise Sales Directors to develop successful sales strategies
      - Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas while holding your team accountable for revenue-generating activities
      - Provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risks
      - Implement strategic planning and ongoing development for the sales team
      - Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to drive sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more
      - 10+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales, Digital, and Advertising roles
      - Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
      - Strong communication skills with a history of executive outreach
      - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
